No issues with assembly for me https://www.youtube.com/post/UgkxHL1v1R3NE5x4KiYfyt8dnQmyNYz7qi5L but I could see where some might benefit from using an experienced bike assembler/mechanic. I'm an older rider starting back after a 10 year break. This bike exceeds my capabilities and has been easy to get comfortable riding. I'm mostly on easy trails with almost no street riding and have not been disappointed with the performance of the bike. My fitness level is far below what I previously rode with and because of that the mileage is going on the bike slowly. While I'm losing weight slowly, the bike seems to tolerate my 220 pounds just fine. The bike has been used by several family members ranging from 5'5" – 5'9".
Killer bike frame Build,,,lucky Kids
Live banaa Dena mein Bharatpur se bol raha hun ek bhi make cycle mere liye bhi banaa diya na bhai BMX,cycle
Bhai
Do you still have plans, measurements for the hug?
Can I ask what size profile your jig is made from? Looks great!
I love this build, just one question, I noticed (@6:31) the pedal is close to the seat. Is that a long crank arm or a low top tube feature? Is it possible to sit and pedal, or is it standing only? I love the frame look on those wheels, it sits low so appears like those are 24" wheels. (I read you said 20s in another comment). Did you make the forks too? Video please if you did. Amazing work.
Its not bmx
dude when people say they built their bmx bike they just bought the parts and put it together when this guy says he built his bmx bike he literally builds some of the parts from scratch
Great Video 👍👍👍👍👍😎
So awesome
Goals!
You're a hell of a fabricator. Ever think about doing something with titanium? Or is it too expensive to justify the minimal weight difference?
Are you still making them?
Amazing bro
Any specific reason you used 7005 instead of 6061?
you can make money with it
Bro this is not bmx bike.
I want one. If you could add some extra bracing for the BMX guys you'd have exactly what I and others want.
is the aluminum dont need to be heat treated?
