  1. I've got a question: I can do flips into a foampit easy and always come around the full way. If I did it to a hard surface, I should land it first go. But I always case the coping of the ramp with my back wheel when I land. How do I get distance in the flip instead of hight?

  2. Hey mate how do you get your backflips to get more distance? I can spin fast as anything but I just can't flip and clear a double. I keep frame casing the landing :/

  3. about holding onto the bike…actually… i bailed out of my first couple learning attempts by jumping off the bike upside down so at least my body would complete the rotation and land safely, i got insta footage of the 8 attempts it took me to land my first flip, and luckily never got hit by my bike somehow. i don't have the luxury of foam pits and resis so i actually sent it straight to a prefab flyout box jump, on a foam pit though, i do imagine you're better off landing upside down holding onto the bike. following week i learnt flairs, on a prefab quarter. it was tough and scary as hell but i had to get that trick off my list.

  4. I'm a below average rider but riding for to many decades. He's right, easiest trick in bmx. Learnt them in 5 attempts in the foam pit at Override, back when they had one. Commit, your body always follows your head lol
