I had a blue one of these in the 80s. Loved that bike. I broke my leg skiing one winter, and was still wearing the cast when spring came. I rode the bike to my corner store to play a video game, and when I came out it was gone. I had to walk home on my cast. What a day trying to explain that to my Mom and I was heartbroken over the bike.
I'm sure my Norco spitfire was blue and yellow. Could never find a picture. Wasn't top end. But mom saved for it and it was my favorite thing in the mid 80's
Totally wicked restore! Wish you guys was in Chicago. I'd bring my '82 Schwinn Predator bmx to your shop for a preservation. Just about everything on mine is original. Only the grips have been changed back in the day. Along with the chain guard taking off. I still have all three California lite pads on her. Keep these olde school bikes coming on the channel.

New decals on that would be sweet, I couldn't locate any ones blue myself. Nice with keeping what you could original though.
Thatβs the bike I had as a kid

Got a Norco Force III video anywhere? I started racing on the Force III, then moved onto my Mongoose Pro Class.
The tire mount drop never gets old. Now try rolling the dice caps at them and show those mounted as you pick up the wheels.
Beautiful bike!
Brilliant build as always. Remind me of my Aero Destroyer build. Keep up the good work
