  1. Exercise science guy here; I believe learning to ride a unicycle would be a cheat-code to learning dynamic balance points on the bmx bike flatland tricks. Yes, it's a totally different animal with the full bike, but unicycles are pretty hard to learn how to ride due to balance and core engagement coordination. Approaching 40 here, but flatland seems like a great hobby to keep my balance and coordination honed for my later years.

  2. Flatland takes patience and small steps. You need to give everything a LOT of time. These days riders tend to value quick success, giving up quickly when they don't get a trick on the first few trys. The longer the process, the more deeply you learn.

  3. i think the trick first mentioned is called a "time machine" πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

  4. I landed my first whiplash first try no brakes…took me over a year to learn the footjam whip lol. As long as you shift the weight between ur feet when the bike goes past 12o clock u can ride it out.

  5. As a sponsored surfer and skateboarder (not sponsored) lol I never got into BMX but rode bikes my whole life and mountain biked and so on but this video just makes me smile lol keep up the good work guys πŸ€™

  6. I don't get it…OFTEN! when I try to learn a trick…ESPECIALLY when I started…I would spend hours on the same trick…it's not going to come naturally until later..a lot feel similar.
