  I've found as I've got older my legs dont spin anywhere near as fast!. So I'm up to 45 -16 on my 20. I'm pretty sure the speed is the same or better, so I need the big gear start info. Thanks man.

  Coach G, I’m 35 and I’m looking for training tips too better my leg conditioning for these long race days/weekend’s . I had a 10 hour Saturday at winter Nationals last weekend. 2.5 hours between motos. By the main my legs felt weak, sore, tight and exhausted. Thanks NCB 👍🏻

  I use larger tires; this way I dont have to change my gear… For example, I put 24"X2.10" for trainning, and for racing I use 24"X1.75". Sproket 34, freewheel 15.
